All marketing, taglines, wording, terminology in the ads, emails, and landing pages that affiliates, persons, and companies send traffic to - MUST comply with FTC and FDA guidelines. Affiliates must always act and represent the Cherry Goodness brand in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation; the Federal Trade Commissions Act (“FTC Act”)

Before and After Photos that are property of Cherry Goodness are NOT permitted for affiliate use in any way, unless otherwise approved.

PPC brand campaigns - Affiliates are NOT permitted to run ANY PPC brand campaigns. This includes Google, Bing, Yahoo, Pinterest, or any other search-based platform. Furthermore, there is to be no branded Keywords for Cherry Goodness or any of our Cherry Goodness products or bundles. Your keywords cannot include “Cherry Goodness” or “Cherry Goodnnes Joint Health Plus” or “Cherry Goodness Tart Cherry” or any combination of other product names owned by Cherry Goodness (this includes keywords including the word “review”). These terms cannot be used in your pay-per-click ads either.

Prohibited Language - Affiliates are NOT allowed to use any wording such as; SCAM, FRAUD, DISEASE (no disease mentions of any sort), DIABETES, CANCER, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, STROKE, HIGH-BLOOD SUGAR, LIVE-LONGER, ARTHRITIS, GOUT.

Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Cherry Goodness Joint Health Plus product and must make it clear that the page is a REVIEW page and you're being compensated for the review. Therefore, any page and all creative contained therein must include the word 'REVIEW' in the title, the url and any graphics used in the cover image or profile image. This includes blogs, webpages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or ANY OTHER online entity whether or not it is considered to be "social media".

The “CAN-SPAM Act - All affiliates must adhere to the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines. Any SPAM in ANY form will not be tolerated.

Affiliates must also NEVER use any images or videos that they do not own (including the Cherry Goodness video(s) - in whole or in part), and are forbidden from using any imagery that would imply any personal endorsement (celebrity or otherwise) without written consent from both the individuals making the endorsement AND Cherry Goodness.

Cherry Goodness reserves its full rights and representation of itself. Any affiliates caught creating webpages, emails, domains, sender profiles, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators/owners of Cherry Goodness will be banned immediately.

No Direct link to order forms are permitted - Period!

Customer Service - All customer service will be provided by the Cherry Goodness company.

Resellers are strictly prohibited from reselling and or collecting funds/payments for Cherry Goodness Joint Health Plus or ANY of its related products within the brand. Any persons caught reselling products on retail sites such as Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or ANY retail sites will be banned immediately.
