Adding To The Regimen
I do have an arthritis pain regimen I follow pretty strictly as far as natural remedies are concerned and this is now a part of that regimen. I had been using tart cherry for the occasional gout problems, and finally figured out that, just like the product description says..., it can also help with joint pain. Perhaps that is due to the added collagen or Boswellia? I'm not sure, but I added this to the rest of the regimen and noticed a difference in two days. Relatively pricey for tart cherry, although it also shows as being non-GMO. Not so sure what it would be like to have to buy the rest of the additional Boswellia and collagen capsules.
